I came across your work just by accident on the internet and fell in love with your images of the Sacred Heart and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. They moved me the first instance I beheld them. I then googled you and came across your beach paintings. You are truly a gifted young man with so much ahead of him. I'm sending away for a framed copy of the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart of Mary and perhaps down the road a couple of your beach paintings.
I read in your biography how the Spirit plays a large part in your work. Well he has truly moved you in a glorious way. My favorite quote concerning the Spirit goes like this:

"For we do not always know how to pray in our weakness so the Spirit intercedes for us with sighs too deep for words."

I plan to use your religious work to help me in my daily prayer life.

Peace,
Juan Moreno

"Thrilled" would be too mild a word after viewing the works of Cameron Smith.
They deliver such a breath of freshness , the paintings speaks to your soul in a way that you can almost feel the ocean mist on your face.

Simply must have this in my life.

Excellent work indeed. Any of them would look great in a nice frame, on a wall. I don't think it's the kind of thing that looks as good on a screen. For simple me, those first impressions signal it as art more than anything I could be told about it. Love to see the ones that didn't make the final cut.

I was searching for an image of Mary that felt accessible, more modern and 'present'. Your image is all of those things, I feel her Divinity and her humanity.
Cameron:

You are truly talented. The surf and sand, surfboards and fun remind me of your Dad and Uncle Mike! We had such fun growing up in the 50's and 60's and spent many (sunburned) days during summer vacations in California!

Thanks for the wonderful memories!

Dear Cameron,

Peace! I was looking for a painting of the Sacred Heart of Jesus & Immaculate Heart of Mary for our new home. I'm getting married in 5 days on Jan 1st, 2011. You can check out our story on our blog (see tab "So this is how it happened"). I loved your paintings and after formerly studying art and wishing there were more modern artists who depicted Jesus & Mary in a realistic, but beautiful way... I was moved. Shaun & I are eager to get a copy of each, so as to have them in a prominent place after we have our home enthroned. Just wanted to tell you how much I loved them!!! Great job. Do you have any other Catholic images?

In Christ,
Marijanna & Shaun

P.S. I have family in NC. Love it there!
