With 23 contributing American artists from around the country the week long event filled the Chesapeake Ballroom with over 200 paintings and sculptures open daily to the general public as well as the four daily complementary demonstrations, lectures, and guided tours given by the 13 attending artists.

Fourteen artists came to The Greenbrier to paint the area for a week, producing paintings for a show beginning on the last day of their stay. Two artists each day made presentations/demonstration at the gallery, one in the morning, one in the afternoon. All the demonstrations were complimentary, open to the public, hugely educational, and entertaining.
